Copley Society of Art – “Embark”, the Small Works Show

The newest small works show on exhibit at the Copley Society of Art in Boston, Mass is on the walls and open to the public.  This themed show is about beginnings or to start something, such as to “embark” on a journey.  I submitted two works, one of a fawn learning “deer ways” from it’s mother, which is inspired from watching a doe with a fawn who makes regular appearances in our yard.  I’ve titled this painting, “Learning Curve”.  The second painting is of a snowy owl, many of which travel great distances to find suitable nesting grounds or wintering grounds is titled, “Wayfarer”.  If you are in Boston, be sure to stop by the gallery and check out the exhibit.  You can also go online for more info and to view the artwork at https://copleysociety.org/exhibitions
