Beginning on Saturday, January 5, 2013 I will have an exhibit of my artwork on display at the Vermont Institute of Natural Science in Queechee, Vermont. The exhibit will be up from January 5th through March 31st. In addition to some of my owl art, I also have a wall of wildlife art for the Winter Wildlife Celebration to be held there on January 19th and a wall of songbird art for the Great Backyard Bird Count on the weekend of February 17th & 18th. An owl festival is scheduled to take place on February 23rd. There’s a lot going on at these events and great way to spend some time learning about some of the wild creatures that we share our world with. I’m thrilled to have been asked to be a part of these activities. In addition, my art is for sale for the duration of the exhibit and 30% of the sales will be donated to this amazing organization. If you’ve never been here, what are you waiting for?! They are doing good things to promote conservation and education on the preservation of our wild places and rehabilitation of our wild birds.
