We’ve decided to host a modified version of our annual open studio event this year. We’re sprucing up the garage below my studio to hold our event. With a big door that can be kept open to the fresh air and room enough to allow people to spread out, we’re holding our “open doors” there. You won’t recognize the place when we get done setting things up! You’ll find many original works of art, framed and unframed prints and a range of hand crafted wood turnings that are as functional as they are beautiful.
We’d love to see you this weekend and are doing our best to be mindful of safety and health. We ask that you wear a mask while in the “studio” space and maintain space with other visitors. We’ll have a hand sanitizing station and extra masks, just in case you forget to bring your own.
Conservation is important to us and each year we donate a portion of our sales towards this cause. This year we will be donating 10% of sales at our open studio to the Ammonoosuc Conservation Trust. More and more birds and animals are threatened with extinction, some within our lifetime, so it’s become more important than ever to maintain our wild spaces. By purchasing some art at our open studio, you can also help with the local conservation of our beloved northern region.
